Most jewelry is sent as a letterbox package with a track & trace code. The costs for this are €3.95 within the Netherlands. For orders that do not fit through the letterbox, shipping costs are €5.95 within the Netherlands.
Foreign
Yes, we also ship abroad. The shipping costs for Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg are € 12.95. For shipping to other countries, we use PostNL rates.
Return
Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order. You must register returns by email. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping method and to keep proof of shipment, in case something goes wrong.
Please note: returns of earrings are not possible for hygienic reasons.
