We hope you are satisfied with your purchase and that you do not wish to return your order. Of course, it may still happen that you want to return something. At Ibiza Boutique, you always have the option to return your order. Returns can be made within 14 days after you have received your order.

REGISTER RETURN

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged upon return.

After registering your return, you have 7 days to return your purchase. You are responsible for the items until we have received them back. It is advisable to keep proof of shipment to avoid any doubt. You are also responsible for damage and/or loss during the transport of your return package. The refund should take place within a maximum of 14 days.
